Update DownloadPiracyGuide.md 
**Changes made:**

- Updated http to https where possible
- Removed random double spaces
- Grouped together some stuff with the same description
- Removed http://torrbot.com/, the average experience is struggling to click on a link for 30 secs just for that link to be dead/outdated anyway
- Removed [MegaDownload](http://megadownload.net/), clicking on download just brings you back to the homepage, no https and site likely hasn't been updated since 2012
- Removed [AutoIndex](http://autoindex.sourceforge.net/), last update 2007
- Removed [Bitdownload](http://bitdownload.ir/), non eng arabic, should be moved
- Removed [AsanDL](http://asandl.com/), non eng
- Removed **[Add-MicrosoftStore](https://github.com/kkkgo/LTSC-Add-MicrosoftStore)**, last update 2018 and only works for win 10 enterprise ltsc + it's not very useful in the first place
- Removed [Reinstall Preinstalled](https://pastebin.com/5NnBEqnm), dead link
