Remove MirrorAce. Separate uguu from Catbox. 
Removed MirrorAce, they disabled uploads long time ago.

Separated uguu from Catbox, those services do not have similar limitations at all, no reason have them in the same entry.

Added fixed uguu upload limits in it's own entry.
