Fix Theme titling twice, improve catppuccin theme, fix gradients (#4394) 
* Remove "Theme:", make TRUE catppuccin and remove uneeded dark.ts

* testing out text colors for catppuccin

* change colors ig

* change up gradients

* update gradients for dark mode too
