Mohamad Dahhan 0cca5854b6 Update non-english.md Arabic section 
- Added Arablionz new main domain, the previous mentioned domain is kept as a second option since it is blocked in some countries
- Dramacafe added main domain since the mentioned subdomain is deprecated, the main domain will redirect to the usable subdomain
- CinemaTy is nonoperational therefore removed
- Added a new source "FoulaBook" for Arabic books
