Replace Polonium with Krohnkite in KDE extensions list

Browse source 
- removed polonium → last update for polonium was last year + repo got archived in Nov
- added krohnkite → highly customizable kwin script via gui for dynamic tiling in KWIN6 (only); currently being maintained
