Subject: [PATCH] Update Non-English.md

1. Fixed KinoGo naming and mirror in streaming section
2. Removed KinoGo from downloads secrion since their downloads don't work anymore and they don't seem to add any more movies at this point, but their existing streams still work just fine.
3. Added another KinoGo mirror deemed safe by their Telegram and VK
4. I propose to add HD Videobox to the downloading section too since you can download movies via it very well as well
