Organize console sites by platform and added missing entries.

Grouped existing console sites under clearer platform-specific sections within their respective categories (Nintendo DS / 3DS / Switch / Wii / Wii U under Nintendo ROMs; PlayStation 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 under PlayStation ROMs). Added new PSP / PS Vita and PC sites under the appropriate sections. No unrelated links added.
